Privacy policy
Last updated: 28 October 2026
This policy explains how Enquira, based in Melbourne, Victoria, handles personal information collected through this website. We aim to follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
This website has no contact form
There is no form on this site that collects or stores your details. You can contact us by email: the email links (including “Book a 15-minute call”) open your own email app and send a message to enquira.au@gmail.com. We arrange calls by email.
What we collect, and why
We only ask for the minimum we need to reply and arrange a call: your name, your clinic name, and a phone number or email address. We use these details only to respond to you, arrange and hold the call, and follow up about our service if you ask us to.
This website does not collect patient information. Please do not send us any patient information or health information about yourself. We do not need it to talk to you about our service.
Marketing messages
We only send marketing email or SMS with your consent. Every message identifies us and includes a simple way to unsubscribe, and we act on unsubscribe requests promptly.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and operation.
Sharing and storage
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we use to run this website and our email (Cloudflare and Google), where needed to reply to you or run the call. These providers may store or process data outside Australia.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, then delete them.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing enquira.au@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Our service for clinics
This policy covers this website only. When a clinic uses our service, how patient enquiries are handled is set out in a separate data-processing agreement with that clinic.
